Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an ERP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to businesses in various industries. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales deals.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for ERP solutions.

Identify potential customers by researching industry trends, analyzing market data, and networking with key stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored ERP solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the ERP system.

Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and design customized ERP solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and quotes in a timely manner.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure maximum profitability while meeting customer expectations.

Follow up on leads and opportunities, and actively manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments in the ERP market.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's ERP solutions and generate leads.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and implementation, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Proven experience as an ERP Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the software industry.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.

Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.

Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for driving sales growth.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required.
