**Job Summary**:
The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to high-level executives, including the CEO, COO, CFO, and other C-suite executives. The role involves managing and coordinating the activities of the executive office to ensure efficient and effective operations.**Responsibilities**:_

**Coordinate with other departments**: The Executive Secretary serves as a liaison between the executive office and other departments within the organization, as well as external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

**Prepare reports and presentations**: The Executive Secretary is responsible for preparing reports and presentations for the executive team, including financial reports, marketing reports, and other business-related materials.

**Conduct research**: The Executive Secretary conducts research on behalf of the executive team, gathering information on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and other topics of interest.

**Manage projects**: The Executive Secretary may be responsible for managing special projects on behalf of the executive team, such as organizing events or coordinating the launch of new products or services.

**Manage confidential information**:The Executive Secretary is responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information, ensuring that it is kept secure and protected.

**Supervise administrative staff**: The Executive Secretary may be responsible for supervising administrative staff, including assistants and receptionists, ensuring that they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

**Provide administrative support**: The Executive Secretary provides administrative support to the executive team as needed, including drafting correspondence, managing schedules, and handling other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field

Several years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting high-level executives

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:
