**Job Title: Personal Assistant with Accounting Experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Perform general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Accounting Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Prepare financial reports for review by management.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with other team members to facilitate efficient workflow.

**Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain a high level of integrity in dealing with financial and personal matters.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience using accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
