Position**:Female Accountant / Personal Assistant**

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile professional to join our Family Office as an Accountant cum Personal Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in general accounting functions.
- Enter and organize data in MS Excel.
- Handle communication and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Monitor and improve office processes and procedures.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have a valid UAE Driving License with own car.**
- Proven experience as an office manager, personal assistant, accountant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Ability to prepare financial statements including balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Required Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or equivalent certification related in accounting or business administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting functions, including journal entry, month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Office Administrator and an Executive Assistant to the MD, Chairman, President, or CEO.
