Personal Assistant with Accounting Experience


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Perform general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Accounting Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records using accounting software.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Prepare financial reports for review by management.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with other team members to facilitate efficient workflow.

Confidentiality:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity in dealing with financial and personal matters.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience using accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
