Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, Android

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in market development or business development experience.
- Experience with the mobile network operator/OEM industry.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience and interest in fast-growing, emerging markets.
- Experience with ongoing partner relationship management, with the ability to serve as an advocate for accounts internally and work collaboratively to identify opportunities or resolve issues.
- Experience in international/consulting roles and industry knowledge of Pay TV/STB.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and work with attorneys on specific contract language.
**About the job**:
As an Android Partnerships team member you will manage the partnerships that drive Android's platform growth. You'll identify winning opportunities, drive impactful and relevant execution, and be a true thought leader who can see multiple steps ahead and identify industry trends and key influencers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving partnerships on the Android platform across Mobile, TV, and Devices, leading and facilitating Android-related business agreements for Google services with mobile network operators, OEMs, retailers, and other entities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Grow the Android ecosystem in the assigned markets, working closely with key stakeholders such as mobile network operators, regional OEMs, and pay TV operators.
- Lead all aspects of Android account management with assigned mobile network operators and broadcasters in the region and manage product/service launch and post-launch phases.
- Build long-term, trust based relationships and manage partnerships to deliver results by becoming an expert on each organization, business model, and strategic priorities.
- Serve as ongoing Android partner manager for new and existing partnerships, helping to realize and optimize value for the partner and Google, and ultimately the users we mutually serve.
- Work closely with other teams to develop coordinated strategy for your markets and partners, be the trusted advisor for your partners, and identify mutually beneficial cross-functional partnerships.
