**Position Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager**

**Office/Department: Commercial / Sales Office**

**Position Reports To / Supervisor**:CEO**

**Position Description/ Objective**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve corporate revenue goals
- Identify and develop New Global Partnerships
- Maintain and grow existing Partnerships through regular communication and relationship-building
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and other terms with Global Partners
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and revenue management, to maximize sales opportunities
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote Koi’s Business and Services

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field**:

- 5+ years of experience in Managing Global Partnerships**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed

**Preferred**:

- Female with European experience
- 3+ years experience in Managing Global Partnerships within the Hotel Chain Industry

**Salary**: 18K - 20K AED + performance-based Incentives + medical insurance + employment visa

Pay: AED17,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
