**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Pursue New Business**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in both soft and hard facilities management services. Develop and implement strategies to target and secure new contracts.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations. Provide tailored solutions that address clients' needs in both soft services (e.g., cleaning, landscaping, security) and hard services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance).
- **Develop and Present Proposals**: Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our expertise in both soft and hard services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are comprehensive and aligned with client requirements.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue goals. Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
- **Negotiate Contracts**: Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals, ensuring that terms are favorable and meet company objectives. Work with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- **Market and Promote Services**: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Promote our full range of facilities management services, emphasizing our expertise in both soft and hard services.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in business development or sales within the facilities management industry, with a strong understanding of both soft and hard services. A demonstrated track record of successfully securing and managing contracts is essential.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) are advantageous.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships and effectively present and promote services. Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
- **Attributes**: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
