**Role Overview**:
As a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant at Uqudo, your main role and tasks will involve diving deep into understanding our customers’ ID verification (IDV), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know you Business(KYB) needs, proposing innovative solutions to address their specific requirements. You will showcase the power of our technology through engaging demonstrations and oversee successful pilots and trials to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with our Sales Team, you will craft compelling proposals that align perfectly with customer requirements. Your ability to stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of Uqudo and competitor technologies will be crucial in delivering the best solutions to our customers. Additionally, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with technical stakeholders across various roles, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Understanding Customer Needs and Demonstrating Solutions**:
- Assist the sales team in defining Uqudo capabilities in customer meetings.
- Gain a thorough understanding of customers' IDV ,KYC and KYB requirements, addressing their pain points effectively.
- Provide comprehensive knowledge of Uqudo solutions to support sales efforts and offer tailored proposals.
- Conduct engaging demonstrations of Uqudo technology.
**Managing Pilots and Proof of Concept Initiatives**:
- Oversee successful pilots and trials, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide training and support during proof of concept projects.
**Crafting Compelling Proposals and Collaborating with Sales**:
- Collaborate closely with Sales to develop persuasive end-to-end proposals aligned with customer requirements.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of Uqudo solutions.
- Support sales process by contributing to project architecture and identifying customer needs.
**Continuous Learning, Adaptation, and Relationship Building**:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology, adapting knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with technical stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
**Expertise in ID Verification and KYC**:
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in ID verification processes
- Experience working with enterprise Organizations.
**Strong Technical Background**:
- Solid understanding of software development, cloud computing, and related technologies.
- Experience with SaaS (REST), mobile (SDKs, SWIFT, Kotlin, etc), security and UX.
- Ability to identify product enhancements and resolve technical issues impacting customer operations.
**Excellent Presentational and Communication Skills**:
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
**Customer-Centric Approach and Continuous Learning Mindset**:
- Proven ability to understand and address customer needs, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
