As a **Network & Security Presales Consultant**, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise and consultative support to customers and the sales team. You will work closely with account managers to design, architect, and propose innovative network and security solutions tailored to clients' needs. Your role will involve assessing customer requirements, creating compelling solutions, and presenting proposals that highlight the value of the company’s offerings. This position requires deep technical knowledge in network and security domains, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to foster trusted relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Consultation & Solution Design**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, industry challenges, and business objectives.
- Design and propose customized network and security solutions aligned with clients’ technical requirements and budget.
- Develop end-to-end solution architecture, including detailed network diagrams, hardware configurations, and software integration plans.
- Conduct network assessments, security audits, and gap analyses to identify areas of improvement in clients’ existing setups.
- **Product & Technology Expertise**:

- Maintain expertise in a range of network and security products, including firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and cloud-based security solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and advancements in networking technologies.
- Provide technical recommendations, including product selections, vendor comparisons, and compatibility assessments.
- **Customer Engagement & Requirement Gathering**:

- Lead technical discussions with clients to gather detailed requirements, clarify queries, and address concerns.
- Engage in consultative discussions to align proposed solutions with customers' strategic goals and IT environments.
- Conduct site visits and technical discovery sessions as needed to analyse client infrastructure.
- **Solution Presentation & Proposal Development**:

- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and technical workshops to showcase solution value and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft comprehensive proposals, including scope of work, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
- Support the sales team in proposal meetings, handling technical objections, and refining proposals based on client feedback.
- **Technical Documentation & RFP/RFI Response**:

- Create and manage technical documentation, including solution overviews, design blueprints, and installation guides.
- Lead the response process for RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information), ensuring responses meet client specifications and requirements.
- Work with the internal team to produce accurate project cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements.
- **Collaboration with Vendors & Internal Teams**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with project managers, solution architects, and technical support teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance to implementation teams during project deployment and troubleshooting.
- **Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing**:

- Stay current with certifications and training in network and security solutions (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.).
- Participate in technical training sessions, workshops, and vendor events to enhance knowledge.
- Share knowledge with peers and provide mentorship to junior presales consultants within the team.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in network and security presales, preferably within an IT system integrator or consultancy.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE (Cisco), PCNSE (Palo Alto), NSE4+ (Fortinet), or equivalent are preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN, MPLS, etc.) and security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, endpoint protection).
- Proficiency in designing secure network architectures and implementing cybersecurity frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with popular security products and platforms (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure) and hybrid network environments.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
