**The Role**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of EOR services, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirement
- Manage corporate services such as PRO and Business Services.
- Implement and improve processes to enhance the overall efficiency of corporate services
- Stay informed on employment laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements to ensure adherence across EOR and corporate service operations.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and compliance protocols
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their EOR and corporate service needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs) to measure the effectiveness and quality of EOR and corporate services.
- Implement quality assurance measures to address and resolve any issues related to service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field. Professional certifications in HR or operations management are advantageous.
- Proven experience in HR, employment compliance, and corporate services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and corporate services best practices.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
