Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as payroll processing for both full-time and part-time staff.
- Address employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to both managers and employees.
- Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of HR operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
- Generate HR metrics and reports for management to aid in decision-making.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for employees from various government and private clients.
- Track and manage the onboarding database for new employees.
- Handle the onboarding process, including the creation and distribution of offer letters, visa or work permit processing, and preparation for employee induction.
- Initiate and manage the visa process, including MOL processes and visa stamping.
- Provide HR letters as requested by employees.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a related role in the UAE.
- Current employment with an Employer of Record (EOR) service company is preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and employment processes.
- Excellent communication skills
