Administrative Services
- Produce, update and provide best practice support on a wide range of MS documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues.
- Provide administrative support to SBAM to expedite the complete sales journey. Such as securing allocation of space, coordination with PDD & FM Dept to confirm the completion of handing over the space on time. Provide feedback/updates on vacant list and availability of office packages.
- Sales Opportunities
- Provide advanced product/service information and respond to customer questions about the product/service
- Provide prospect clients with tailored information and guidance regarding business set-up at DAFZ and offer different business solution based on their requirements and understanding business model
- Call to engage identified prospects, qualify viable leads and move opportunities to Sales to track activity and results
- Work closely with marketing team to pour the leads into the sales database. The team will work on developing processes to ensure all team members are aligned on how the lead management process flows.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Collect feedback from identified customers or customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on customer input.
- Enter customer information that has been gathered through research and/or through direct customer contact into the customer relationship management system, to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a bachelor’s in Business Administration or any equivalent degree
- Any additional certification(s) relevant to the scope of work would be an advantage
- Free Zone knowledge
- Strong Sales background
- Excellent Communication skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Analytical Skills
- Experience in Lead management, Sales, Marketing
