**Position: Secretary cum Admin Assistant**
**Job Profile**:
To monitor and control all company administrative and day to day working.
**Detailed Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Responsible for Petty cash issuance, maintenance and reconciliation.
- Development and maintenance of human resource policies and procedures.
- Provide HR administration support to corporate directors.
**Qualification requirements**:
- Core working knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fresher can apply
- Fluency in English.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
