Location: Dubai
- _**2+ Years experience in Contracting/Construction/Interior fit out company is Required**_
- _**Tagalog Speakers Preferred**_

**Secretary**:

- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Create new job opportunities for the company by approaching new clients by e0a53.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Preparation of quotations, RFQ's, RFI's and other documentations.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges, maintaining diaries, and arranging appointments.

**Admin**:

- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Maintaining and developing new policies for Employee orientations and procedures for the work.
- Maintaining Employee Database Soft & Hard Copy including all their paper works.
- Notify the management for important expiry dates prior to expiry such as trade license, establishment card, etc.
- Maintains Visa, EID, Labour Records.

**Salary**: AED 3,000 to 4,000 depending upon experience

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
