Admin Secretary

We are urgently hiring admin secretary position for our branch company in Dubai.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
Accumulating and filing expenses
Miscellaneous tasks to support manager, according to manager’s altering job
description
and responsibilities
Conducting research or follow-up on inquiries, as requested.
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as an Admin Secretary for at least 2 years in UAE
valid Driving Licensce
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
