**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and skilled professional to join our acquisition team, with a focus on securing top-tier brands across dining, leisure, shopping, and other key segments for our lifestyle app.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Manage Merchant Relationships: Build and sustain strong partnerships with key merchant brands, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual benefits.
- Brand Research and Acquisition: Identify, research, and approach popular and high-demand brands within the city to establish new partnerships and expand the app's merchant network.
- Exemplary Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication, particularly over the phone, to engage and negotiate effectively with prospective merchants.
- Negotiation and Offer Structuring: Utilize advanced negotiation skills to secure the most competitive offers for TravellerPass users, ensuring the company’s agreements align with business goals.
- Market Insight and Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments within the market to identify new opportunities and enhance merchant acquisition strategies.
- Team Collaboration and Independent Work: Thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member, maintaining excellent internal relationships while managing tasks under pressure.
- Acquisition Target Achievement: Consistently meet acquisition goals, adhering to monthly and yearly targets as outlined by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in acquisitions or sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Residing in Dubai is preferred.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
