**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations, design strategy, and set goals for growth

2. Develop and implement a business plan for profitability.

3. Excellent Leadership, time, and project management skills

4. Reviews the project proposal or plan to determine the time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project in due time, and staffing requirements

5. Facilitate performance review meetings

6. Ensure that the overall team is functional and result-oriented

7. Provide support with recruiting the right talent within the organization

8. Agree on specifications and execute interior design projects in collaboration with Senior Design Partners, Clients, and other supply chain partners to time, cost, and specification

9. Develop business plans and project tenders where necessary

10. Schedule regular team meetings to discuss business updates, issues, and recommendations

11. Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.

12. Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.

13. Ensure the submission of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

14. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

15. Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.

16. Drawing up and finalizing contracts with clients

17. Providing client advice and technical support where necessary during the duration of the project or contract whilst monitoring any submittals or variation requests

18. Represent the company in establishing and continuously growing relationships with business partners, customers, clients, and vendors.

19. Must have analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, delegation, leadership, quality management, cost consciousness, judgment, and planning competencies.

20. Strong connections with government departments in UAE

21. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards

22. Understanding of all facets of the construction process

23. Familiarity with construction management
