We are seeking to hire an experienced Office Manager to join our team. If you're a passionate self-starter, then our company is a great place to get ahead.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Good educational and working experience._
- _Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities._
- _Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products._
