Office Administrator HR Accounting

We are an investment manager based in DIFC; we are looking for an **Office Administrator. 办公室管理员**
You will work closely with the firm's operations, financial and compliance officers to support HR & Accounting processes and to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.
**HR & Accounting**:
- Organize employees onboarding
- Process employee visas & DIFC cards
- Set-up and keep employee files up-to-date
- Set-up payrolls and required enrollments
- Collect invoices and coordinate with COO, accountant and FO
**Operations**:
- Client onboarding. KYC and account opening
- Prepare and execute investment orders, retain records and monitor execution
- Cash and trading reconciliation
- Handle subscription and redemption processes for funds
- Preparation of monthly reports for portfolios and funds
- Participate in the annual audit financial reports preparation
**Compliance**:
- Coordinate with compliance and MLR Officer on client onboarding and KYC processes
- Update company procedures to meet regulatory and legal requirements
- Stay abreast of new regulatory publications, ensure timely compliance with DIFC law and regulations
- Answer regulatory queries and prepare the company for regulatory audits
- Keep client files up to date and ensure the company meets KYC regulations
- Keep marketing materials and website updated and compliant
**Profile & Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English. Chinese a strong asset.**:
- Accounting or Audit experience required
- Familiar with Compliance/KYC processes
- Serious, trustworthy and well organized person
- Ability to learn quickly
