Office Accountant/administrator

**Job Brief**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Accounting:
- All accounts duties including maintaining the books and records of the business.
- Be accountable for financial reporting
- Carry out month/year end reporting including preparation and review of management/financial reports
- Ensure compliance.
- Perform bookkeeping activities
- Handle bank documentation
- Prepare invoices and other business documents
General administration
- Support the Chief Operating Officer In day to day business activities
- Monitor daily office operation
- Manage logistics and resources
- Provide administrative support for team
- Should be able to carry out HR & Admin process
- Manage the facilities requirements
- Arrange and manage meetings.
- Maintain electronic and physical files.
- Organize and provide documents, reports and information.
**Required Qualification, Experience and Skill Set**
- Graduate in Accounting discipline
- Essential Ability to execute accounting transactions
- Broad range of accounting experience from transactional input through to management accounts preparation
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Good knowledge of Excel and strong database skills.
- Strong financial and analytical ability.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
