Office Secretary

Support the smooth running of the office.
- Manage external visitors to the office: greeting, preparing meeting rooms and videoconferencing services.
- Minute taking: collate and disseminate all action points in meetings.
- Manage to an archive of files as required and ensure files are tagged and records kept up to date.
- Manage general inquiries mailbox, ensuring that all queries are dealt with by the correct department in a timely manner.
- Man Act as the main office reception line and field calls accordingly.
- Maintaining office assets and ensuring safe and proper use.
- Ensuring that internet and telephones are working effectively and liaising with relevant providers.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
