Job Description
We are looking for a secretary.
Job Details:
- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure.
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Generate various document control reports as required.
- Makes sure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Create templates for future use.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement.
- Prepare quotation, submittal sheet, and reports on projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of Document Controller.
- Advantage of having knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, lux calculation.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras Al Khor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
