- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle inquiries.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Meeting Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials.

**Office Supplies and Inventory**:

- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate procurement requests.

**Travel Arrangements**:

- Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

**Event Support**:

- Provide support in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Assist with logistics, coordination, and setup.

**Communication Liaison**:

- Relay messages and important information between various departments.
- Assist in internal communication efforts, including distributing memos and updates.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
