We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our administrative team. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office filing and organization systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including arranging catering and booking venues.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
