We are currently seeking a resourceful and dependable Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring organization and accessibility.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle office supplies inventory, ordering, and restocking.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
