Admin/sales Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Sort out incoming leads and assign them to the appropriate consultants.
- Serve as the first point of contact to schedule appointments and consultations for potential clients with the sales team.
- Assist the administrative department in preparing and processing documents such as contracts, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update client information and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Coordinate internal communication between sales consultants and other departments.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and to gather feedback.
- Generate and manage sales and administrative reports as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer service - handling phone calls, taking messages, and managing inquiries.
- Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a sales or administrative support role.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- **Customer Service**: Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service.
