We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant, commonly referred to as "Office Girl," will play a crucial role in maintaining the day
- to-day operations of our office. This position involves various administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and employees to the office in a friendly and professional manner and direct to the appropriate personnel.
- Keep the office clean and organized.
- Assist colleagues with various tasks.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies and request restocking when needed.
- Office Maintenance including Kitchen and Refreshment Area
- Organizing coffee breaks or simple refreshments for meetings.
- Run occasional errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an office assistant role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and Time management skills.
- Initiative to take on tasks without constant supervision.
- The position may require standing, walking, and occasional lifting of office supplies.
**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
