**Position Overview**:
As a Payroll Master with HR operations experience, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and supporting HR operations. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure accurate and efficient payroll administration, maintain employee records, and provide exceptional service to our employees.
**Responsibilities**:
Process end-to-end payroll for a large employee base, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
Manage payroll system updates, data entry, and troubleshooting to resolve payroll discrepancies and errors promptly.
Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, and time off.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to reconcile payroll-related accounts, prepare reports, and analyse payroll data for accuracy and trends.
Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to processes and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees by promptly addressing payroll inquiries and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance/Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Master, with a strong understanding of payroll processing and employment laws.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and experience working in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Proficient in using payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional certifications in payroll are a plus.
