Payroll Analyst

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and streamline end-to-end HR and payroll processes with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budget reports, providing insights into HR and payroll expenditures.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR and payroll data into dashboards and forecasting models.
- Utilize Excel, PowerBI, SAP, and Forecast to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation related to HR and payroll, always ensuring compliance.
- Work closely with finance teams to implement efficient HR and payroll strategies and improve overall processes.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Manage confidential HR-related information with integrity.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in using Excel, PowerBI, SAP, and budgeting platforms like Forecast.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of relevant HR and payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
