**Responsibilities**

2.1 Update employee records e.g. enrolling new employees, Deletion of separated employees, promotions, demotions, salary increase, salary decrease, salary restructures employee transfer in & out, job relocation, and etc...

2.2 Encoding employees approved leaves and duty resumption.

2.3 Update leaves records manually if required.

2.4 Receive attendance reports; compare them to HR leave records and prepare consolidated Attendance report for payroll processing on monthly basis.

2.5 Receive overtime cards to calculate and encode worked hours for processing.

2.6 Prepare a comprehensive payroll amendment report that will reflect all changes in manpower e.g. new joiners, separated employees, transfer in & out, promotion, salary restructure, job relocation, increment, etc...

2.7 Receive resignations and terminations letters and report the same to salary amendment and, hold their salary, initiate final settlement.

2.8 Encode various salary deductions after validation.

2.9 Prepare and distribute salary slip.

2.10 Processing all types of leaves and initiate annual leave settlements.

2.11 Monitoring accommodation deductions and update the records.

2.12 Monitoring airfare entitlements and process payments.

2.14 Maintain a comprehensive data base for all benefits details provided by the company.

2.15 Perform other related tasks as assigned by HR department head.

**Salary**: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Payroll processing: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
