**Experience & Skills Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR role.
- Excellent knowledge & hands-on experience in:
- **Core HR areas**:_
- HR operational procedures
- Policy making & implementation
- Payroll administration (ERP)
- Costing & budgeting
- MIS Reporting
- Compensation & Benefits
- Performance management
- Trainings & development
- Employees Visa & health insurance processing (highly preferred)
- ERP/Web HR system configuration & implementation
**Qualification & Certification**:
- Bachelors/ Master in business administration or related field with specialization in Human Resources (degree should be attested from MOFA)
- Professional HRM Certification - highly preferred
**Other Requitements**:
- Bilingual - (English & Hindi) Mandatory
- Proficient in MS Advance Excel and using HRIS / ERPs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Smart, confident, ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Act as a supervisor for Jr HR and admin team
- Flexible and ability to work under pressure
- Has own visa/spouse visa
- highly preferred
- Must be placed in Abu Dhabi & can join immediately

**Salary Scale**:Up to AED 3.5K (based on experience)
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
