We are currently looking for **Core HR, Absence Payroll Fusion** for our government entity client in Abu Dhabi.

**Temporary - 3 months contract**

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion HRIS modules, focusing on Core HR, Fusion Absence Management, and Payroll.
- Work closely with HR and payroll teams to understand their needs and translate them into HRIS solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with legal and company standards.
- Manage system updates, upgrades, and patches in collaboration with the IT department to ensure the HRIS remains current and functional.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for HRIS processes, system configurations, and training materials for end-users.
- Provide support and training to HR and payroll teams on new processes, features, and functionalities within Oracle Fusion.
- Perform regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or integrations.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and updates in HR technology to recommend improvements and enhancements to the HRIS.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS, specifically with Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including payroll, benefits, absence management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS data privacy standards and best practices.

**Desired Skills**:

- Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives within HRIS.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database management tools.
