We’re currently recruiting for a Manager to join our dynamic and creative team in Dubai, UAE to lead the IHG Rewards loyalty program.

**Your day to day**
Purpose of the role**

The primary purpose of this role is to work with the central Loyalty team and regional counterparts to drive the performance of IHG Rewards by growing our member base and engaging our members across the region.

**You will**:

- Support the analysis of key loyalty performance metrics such as Loyalty Contribution, Member Acquisition, Retention, Engagement and Guest Love.
- Provide guidance & recommendations to corporate and hotel teams on existing and new incentives to help new member growth and overall loyalty performance.
- Lead tactical initiatives in market to drive programme performance, growth, and experience.
- Work with regional colleagues across Commercial, Operations and Marketing to manage the overall hotel engagement strategy to deliver a compelling loyalty experience.
- Be the owner of regional data and reporting to help deliver performance insight to IHG functional and hotel teams to drive loyalty performance.
- Work with our internal teams to influence, inform and work collaboratively with our front-line colleagues in hotels to achieve targeted results.
- Work with Operations colleagues to ensure that our member experience is exceptional and delivered consistently on property
- Be the go-to person in region for competitor knowledge, industry trends and insight

**What we require from you**
Critical Expertise & Experience**:
You will bring strong experience in the world of Loyalty, having been a member of a corporate loyalty team in a similar environment

**Technical Skills & Knowledge**:

- Recent experience within the Loyalty industry within a corporate or delivery function
- Knowledge of hotel and travel reward programmes alongside a passion for guest and member experience and driving a culture of loyalty
- Analytical experience where your ability to see through the numbers to help provide meaningful solutions has had a direct result on the business.
- Ability to translate numbers and trends into presentable insights for colleagues and hotels
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders and business leaders and effectively establish strong working relationships that produce solid results
- Excellent stakeholder, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, high growth environment
