Relationship Management Intern

Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the Armenian-speaking market segment.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and partners, providing them with necessary information and support.
- Act as a liaison between clients/partners and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Gather feedback from clients/partners and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Provide administrative support to the Relationship Management team as needed.
**Requirements to apply**:
- Fluent in Armenian and proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the growth of ICC Loyalty.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
