Executive Secretary

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general secretarial duties, including answering phones, managing calendars, and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare, review, and manage various agreements and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Draft, edit, and translate documents, reports, and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as required.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Proven experience as an executive secretary, or in a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of Arabic, both written and spoken, is essential.
Strong knowledge of agreement preparation and contract management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Experience**:
- Experience of 1-2 years
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
