**Job Description**:
Please note: We have multiple positions available for this role

Core Mission

Lead, develop and manage key accounts in the country/cluster to optimize sales and revenue opportunities across Galderma portfolio, build long-term partnerships with customers and create cross-functional harmony across divisions on account level.

Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and continuously improve strategic business relationships with Accounts/Key Accounts to contribute to company vision and enhance sales & profitability across portfolio.-
- Achieve and exceed assigned business goals, sales targets and KPIs.-
- Build & drive the implementation of joint business plans with Key accounts.-
- Build internal collaboration across Account team, Business managers and Enabling functions (training, marketing, finance, supply chain etc.) to drive implementation of strategic account plans-
- Maintain continuous engagement with accounts/key accounts enabling the execution of planned strategies to develop mutual profitable business & gather information for future business initiatives.-
- Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and build revised action plans for improved performance across accounts of responsibility.-
- Analyze performance and efficiency of assigned accounts by continuously reviewing and reporting on sales performance, market trends and forecasts.-
- Works in Tier 1 & 2 accounts to build long-term partnerships with the customers-
- Builds patient journey and identifies leakage points to serve as a partner to the account-
- Builds stakeholder mapping and engages with decision makers & influencers within the account-
- Builds a clear strategy & action plan together with external & internal stakeholders-
- Drives the plan and pulls internal resources accordingly to drive account growth-
- Manages cross-functional team to act as 1 Galderma team towards the customer- Profile Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- 7 - 8 years sales experience.- Eligibility for Application:
- Should have min 100% annual sales target achievement in 2019 & 2020-
- Should have minimum evaluation of “Achieving expectations” for annual performance review in 2019 & 2020- Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies- Has a high-level of understanding on Aesthetics marketplace, accounts and customers as well as company vision, priorities and portfolio-
- Is committed to deliver results and challenges the status quo-
