**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee employee visa processing, renewals, and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in the HR management system.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and UAE labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
- Conduct training and orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities, including free zones, for company compliance and regulatory matters.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR roles within the UAE, preferably in a multinational organization.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
