HR Assistant

**Immediate joiners required**
The HR Assistant must have good organization ability and communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage employee Relations, Disciplinary, and Employee exit
- Updating and maintaining the PRO database e.g. tracking expiry of passports, labor contracts, labor cards and visa etc;
- Co-ordinate for passports and/or labor cards/ visa renewals with PRO;
- Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is forwarded to the PRO;
- Other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Graduation.
- Mandatory 1-2 years' experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Fluency in Hindi is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to details.
- Can work well under pressure.
