**Responsibilities**:
*Cold Calling

*Conduct market research to identify potential leads and properties.

*Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.

*Assist clients in buying, selling properties, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

*Prepare and present property listings, including relevant details and photographs, to attract potential buyers.

*Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

*Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

*Attend networking events and participate in marketing activities to expand the client base.

*Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

*Keep accurate records of all transactions, including contracts, inspections, and closing statements.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.

Active real estate license in [optional].

Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Familiarity with real estate software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
