Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and recording shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service both in-person and online.
- Maintain and update the company’s e-commerce website, including adding new products, updating product descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials and coordinating advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
