Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at First Select Employment Services. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our executives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Office Management: Manage the reception area, greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  2. Communication and Coordination: Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate person or department. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. Maintain and update files, documents, and records.
  4. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book travel arrangements for executives and staff, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  5. Special Projects: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executives and management.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
