**Job Title:

- Human Resources Coordinator**

**Job Tasks**:

- Assist the HRM in implementing HR tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintain all company documents (Trade License, POA, MOA, LLC, Tenancy, etc.), Employee records, HR Data, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality throughout.
- Accurately prepare and process required Legal documents, like Rent, Contract, Attestation.
- Responsible for coordinating and liaising with the PRO and providing quick, efficient, and reliable services for Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group.
- Renew, update, and keep up all workers' visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that organization’s records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments. Send notification to employees on required documents before their visa expires.
- Make sure all business and licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits to prevent unnecessary violations.
- Managing and updating files of all staff with needful details.
- Maintain and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as employee attendance, sick leaves and leave requests.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
- Experience or knowledge in coordinating with PRO (Public Relations Officer) for visa processing, legal submissions, and other related activities.
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures, especially in response to updates in labor laws or company policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with employees, external agencies, and government entities.

**Competencies**:

- Software Skills - Proficiency in using office software and HR information systems for record-keeping.
- Communication Skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and external parties.
- Time Management - Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload.
- Multi-tasking - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as HR Coordinators often deal with various responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
