We are currently seeking a Secretary with experience to be based on our Client's office in Ras Al Khaimah.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Handle electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources executives
- To Monitor and maintain all the documentation for the Construction Projects
**Requirements**:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Prior experience in construction field, Client or Consultant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
