Position Summary

We are seeking a talented Head of IR Sales who will manage the decision to strengthen the capabilities of the Export (All markets) distributor and channel, which will happen through the development and execution of Export sales strategy and the expectation of growth in 2021. They will establish strong relationships with Export partners, build the capability of IR and Traders and enhance the Sell out /Sell thru operation.

Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales with Key accounts (Distributors, OR, IR, resellers, Trade)
- Steer efforts to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual market share & sales targets
- Facilitate decision-making by senior management on sales & service strategies to meet the demands of accounts by providing market inputs and recommendations associated with channel experience and end customer feedback
- Build strong long-term relationships with key accounts, at all levels
- Identify requirements and work towards finding a solution to remove any barriers to sales
- Maintain a healthy level of inventory to support sales delivery as per business plan
- Inform potential clients about the company’s new products and price development details on a regular basis
- Manage and implement situational pricing in respective countries, and maintain pricing harmony among online channels
- Work closely with local teams in the successful launch of new products & solutions and implement campaigns in the region
- Weekly planning of stock allocation by account

Skills and Qualifications

What You’ll Need
- Over 8 years of experience in distributor management within a Consumer Electronics environment with reputed companies. (Or similar experience in the sales field of FMCG field as well)
- Strong knowledge of Export business within the UAE
- A track record of success within the UAE, profile should be possible to check his or her reputation with current (or old) HR department
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player.
- Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, proactive and proven sales track record.
- Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills and assertive nature.
- Good PC skills
- Excel, PowerPoint.
- Highly objective-oriented, catch the company’s objective easily in different situations
