Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR)
Support:
_
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and uptodate information in the HR database.
- Assist with HRrelated documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Help organize employee events, and training programs.
Accounting Assistance:_
- Support the accounting department in daytoday operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and accounts payable/receivable duties.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, financial report generation, and data entry.
- Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Office
Support:
_
- Provide general administrative support, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
- Help with maintaining office systems, such as filing systems, document management, and record keeping.
- Support the coordination of office events and companywide initiatives.
Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in HR, accounting, or office administration roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
