**Responsibilities**:
**1. Building Sales Pipelines**:
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, target, and engage potential clients within the sports industry, including professional sports teams, academies, training centers, and sports organisations.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively position Rezzil's solutions as indispensable assets.

**3. Sales Strategy Development**:
Collaborate with the leadership team to devise comprehensive sales strategies, leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and emerging trends to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

**4. Product Demonstration and Training**:
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Rezzil's VR solutions, and providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

**5. Market Research and Analysis**:
Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and technological advancements in sports technology and VR, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and expansion into new market segments.

**6. Contract Negotiation and Closure**:
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Rezzil while safeguarding client satisfaction and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the sports technology sector.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple technical issues independently.
- Familiarity with virtual reality technology is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
