  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to create compelling sales materials and offerings.
  • Monitor market trends competition and industry developments to optimize sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to represent the group and network with potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with advertisers and sponsors.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales with at least 3 years of experience in the Middle East in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of industries in the Middle East and related markets.
  • Exceptional leadership and teambuilding skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
