**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research: Identify potential customers and their needs.
- Sales Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various means.
- Client Meetings: Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and address concerns.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations effectively showcasing products and services.
- Reporting: Create regular reports containing sales and financial data.
- Inventory Management: Ensure availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Representing the Company: Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
- Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints, or objections effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and prospects and communicate it internally.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Media Sales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Media Sales Executive at Media Strike, your day-to-day tasks will include media sales, new business development, account management, sales activities, and lead generation. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our clients by identifying opportunities and building strong relationships with potential customers.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Sales, New Business Development, and Account Management, and Media Sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong capability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- Knowledgeable about the media industry and advertising channels.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is a must.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; previous sales or media experience preferred.
- Possession of a UAE driver's license is a must, and a personal vehicle is a plus.
