Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive end-to-end IT product sales in the region. If you are a true "hunter", thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and have a strong network in the IT sector, we want you on our team

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships with enterprises looking to enhance their digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
  2. Identify and engage high-potential clients, leveraging market research, networking, and industry events.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow.
  4. Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Solution Architects) to craft customized solutions that address client challenges.
  6. Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring optimal pricing and commercial terms.
  7. Exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

What We're Looking For

  1. 4+ years of IT product sales experience, with a proven track record of winning new business.
  2. A hunter mentality – someone who thrives on prospecting and closing deals.
  3. Strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the IT sector.
  4. A self-motivated, independent performer who can work autonomously and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  5. Native Arabic Speaker with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
